If you require an emergency same day appointment which cannot wait for a pre- booked routine appointment you must call the practice between 08.30am and 10.30am. Please be prepared to wait until you are connected with our receptionist as this is a really busy time. If you are requesting a routine appointment please call after 10.30am when the telephone lines are less busy to save you waiting longer times.
